Fall on the Farm

Fall has arrived in East Texas! And what a glorious fall it is. This is the most colorful autumn in recent years. (Of course in recent years I was living in North Texas, but hey - it's the most colorful autumn that I can remember in the past several years.)

Here are some unedited pictures of some of the fall foliage that we are blessed to enjoy. I also included a few pictures of the cows that are living in our pasture. We leased the pasture to one of our neighbors, so as to make the most out of what little hay was left out there after our first cutting. Mr. T. comes over every day to water and feed them. We go out a few times a week just to look at them! There are only a few sights that are more pleasant than a contented cow in a rolling hay field. (Yes, that's the country girl in me talking!)
